Insurance

At this time, I do not take insurance.

I’ve chosen not to work directly with insurance companies because I want therapy to be about you.

I believe therapy should be a space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without needing to fit into a specific label. Many insurance companies require a formal mental health diagnosis and ongoing documentation to “approve” coverage. But not everyone seeking support meets the criteria for a diagnosis—and I don’t believe you should need one just to access care. By not working directly with insurance, I’m able to protect your privacy, tailor our work to your needs (not the insurance company’s rules), and support you in a way that feels more aligned, flexible, and personal.
