Good support is worth paying for. Here’s exactly what you can expect.
Parent Consultation
Parent Strategy Session - $200
A 60-minute virtual session plus a written action plan delivered to your inbox within 24–48 hours. Includes clinical impressions, concrete strategies, and curated resources tailored specifically to your child and family.
Follow-Up Session - $185
Available approximately 4–6 weeks after your initial session, once you've had time to put the plan into practice and come back with real feedback.
Individual Counseling
Individual Session - $130 (45-50 min)
Insurance
Little Lantern Mental Health Counseling is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. A superbill is available upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance provider prior to your first session to confirm your out-of-network benefits and coverage.

Payment
All major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, and check are accepted. A credit card is required to be on file in case of missed appointments/no-shows. Payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full session fee. Life happens — I'll always do my best to be flexible in cases of emergency or illness.
